Dr. Richie Kim grew up reading Dragon Ball like every other kid. But while others cheered for the fights, he was obsessed with the Scouter — the device that could instantly measure a person’s hidden power level.

That childhood fascination never left him. He wanted to measure what people could actually do — not what they claimed, not what they appeared to be.

Years later, as an educational psychologist, he spent seven years on research, nationwide norming, and development to create the WISE Comprehensive Psychological Assessment package. It went on to sell over 130,000 copies in Korea — a remarkable achievement for a single psychological assessment tool.

Yet even with that success, he watched AI flood the world. Resumes written by AI. Interviews coached by AI. Assessments gamed by AI.

Suddenly, the Scouter he dreamed of as a child became more necessary than ever — because in the AI era, almost everything you see is fake.

So he built Theta AI™ and ACE™ Assessment.
